• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase or using our services. By making a purchase or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. New Purchase Refunds:

Customers may request a refund for a new purchase within 14 days of the original payment date. The refund will be issued, minus a 10% processing fee.

2. Auto Renewals Refunds:

Customers may request a refund for auto-renewal payments within 7 days of the auto renewal payment date. The refund will be issued, minus a 10% processing fee.

3. Change of Mind:

Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been provided and where the customer has had a change of mind, unless the request is made within the 14-day refund period.

4. Credits:

In cases where we fail to supply the service or product as paid for, and the request is made after 30 days from the date of payment, we will offer the customer a credit for future use. However, if the request is made within 30 days, a full refund will be provided.

5. Transfer of Payment to Another Customer:

Customers may make payments on behalf of another person. However, once a service or product is registered under a specific individual’s name, it becomes non-transferable to another person.

6. Medical Reasons:

Customers who are unable to use the service or product due to medical reasons may request a cancellation and refund within the initial 14-day period. After the 14-day period, customers are invited to contact us and each request will be assessed individually by The Divine University.

Before using our services or products, please read and understand the following disclaimer. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this disclaimer.

1. Illumined Healings:

The Divine University Illumined Healings offer education, prayer, meditation, and spiritual assistance for healing. These sessions are intended to complement and enhance other forms of healing you may be receiving. However, they are not a substitute for licensed professional medical care. These sessions do not provide diagnosis, prescription, treatment, cure, or prevention for any physical, emotional, or mental disease, disorder, or injury. It is essential that clients maintain a primary care physician or medical professional. Our services do not interfere with the free will of the client.

2. Informational and Educational Purposes:

Other products and services presented and offered on this website are solely for informational, educational, and support purposes related to personal development, healing, and spiritual growth. They should not replace the advice of a skilled therapist, licensed professional medical care, or physician.

3. Professional Licensing:

The Divine University does not provide products and services that require professional licensing.

4. No Responsibility for Outcomes:

The Divine University assumes no responsibility for any circumstances arising from the use, interpretation, or application of any information supplied on this website or from our products and services. You acknowledge that using our services and products is done voluntarily, and we cannot guarantee that you will attain a specific result or outcome.

5. Testimonials/Feedback:

You may find testimonials and feedback from customers and members regarding the products and services offered on this website or by The Divine University. These testimonials are actual statements made by customers/members and have been truthfully conveyed on this Website.

6. Non-Guarantee of Results:

Although the testimonials/feedback represent truthful statements about results obtained by these customers or members, the results they obtained are not necessarily typical. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the testimonials/feedback are not a guarantee of results that you or anyone else will achieve by using any products or services offered on this website or by The Divine University.

7. Consent

Illumined Healing for Minors:
Children under 18 may receive the service under the Family Care Package Subscription. The Subscription must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who themselves must be at least 18 years old. We rely on subscribers to obtain consent under the following conditions:

1. For Children under 13 years : A parent or legal/guardian is required to give consent on their behalf as spiritually, they hold a special duty of care for the child until they become a teenager.
2. For children aged 13 to 18 (A teenager): A parent or legal/guardian is required to give consent plus the teenager is also required to give consent. This is because the spiritual duty of care changes when a child becomes a teenager due to their personal empowerment and development.

8. Username and Password

To use and access certain features of Illumined Healing you will need a username and password. You agree to keep your username and password confidential. You are not permitted to share your username and/or password with anyone. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information. You are responsible for activities that take place using your password and within your account.

9. Subscriptions

Cancellation – If a subscription is cancelled within 14 days of registration payment, a full refund less 10% admin fee will be provided. After 14 days no refund is offered.

Subscription alterations where fee reduces – No refunds are offered – A credit for the price difference will be automatically applied to the new service, and may extend the time before the next automatic subscription payment is processed.

Credit amounts are not transferable to a different service that we may offer.

Disclaimer – Global Meditation Linkups

The Divine University is not responsible for the visibility of your phone number, profile name or other information within a third-party WhatsApp Group or Telegram Channel or its linked Discussion Group.

The Divine University does not accept liability, to the extent permitted by law, for how other participants or third parties may use, store, copy or share information that you disclose within these platforms.

The Divine University is not responsible for unsolicited private messages, phishing attempts, scams, impersonation accounts, fraudulent links or other activity undertaken by third parties through or outside these platforms.

Your use of WhatsApp or Telegram is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

1. Global Meditation Linkups

By registering for the Global Meditation Linkups, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms relating to the communication channels used for the Global Meditation Linkups.

2. Communication Channels

The Divine University uses WhatsApp and Telegram as third-party communication platforms for the Global Meditation Linkups.

To complete your registration, you may choose one of the following communication channels:

Standard WhatsApp Group; or

Telegram Group  Channel with a linked discussion group. 

You only need to join one communication channel. The selected channel is used to provide Global Meditation Linkup information, including Zoom links, reminders, updates and relevant opportunities.

The Telegram Channel has a linked Discussion Group. Participation in the Discussion Group is optional.

These platforms are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms, conditions, privacy policies and security practices. The Divine University does not control the operation, availability, privacy settings, data handling or security of WhatsApp or Telegram.

3. Visibility of Information

• WhatsApp Group
  Your mobile phone number and WhatsApp profile name may be visible to other participants in the standard WhatsApp Group, depending on WhatsApp’s features and your individual settings.
  
  WhatsApp may introduce or change features affecting the information visible to group participants, including username and phone number privacy features. The availability and functionality of these features are determined by WhatsApp and may change over time.
  
  Your WhatsApp profile photo and other profile information may also be visible depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings.

  By joining the standard WhatsApp Group, you acknowledge that information associated with your WhatsApp account may be visible to other participants depending on WhatsApp’s features and your privacy settings and that your chats are encrypted according to Whats App’s Terms and Conditions

• Telegram Channel
  Depending on the type and settings of the Telegram certain profile information may be visible to other participants. Your phone number may be hidden from other participants depending on your Telegram privacy settings. For details of how your messages are encrypted please refer to Telegrams Terms and Conditions
  
  You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your Telegram privacy settings according to your own preferences before joining the Telegram Channel and the Linked Discussion Group
  
  By joining the Telegram, you acknowledge that information associated with your Telegram account may be visible to other participants depending on your privacy settings and that your chats are encrypted according to Telegram’s Terms and Conditions
  
  The Divine University cannot control what other participants may see, copy, store, share or communicate outside the relevant WhatsApp or Telegram channel.

4. Participant Privacy and Security

To help protect the privacy and security of all participants, please do not share sensitive personal, financial or confidential information in WhatsApp or Telegram.

Please also avoid sharing another person’s personal information without their permission.

Information posted in a group or channel may be seen, copied, screenshot, forwarded or otherwise shared by other participants. Please only share information that you are comfortable making available to the group.

5. Private Message & Scam Protection

To help protect participants from scams, phishing and impersonation, The Divine University, its staff and authorised group administrators will not initiate a private message with participants through WhatsApp or Telegram to request payment, financial information, passwords, account credentials or other sensitive personal information.

If you receive an unsolicited private message claiming to represent The Divine University, its staff or administrators, please treat it as potentially fraudulent.

Do not provide personal, financial or login information, make payments or follow suspicious links in response to such messages.

6. Voluntary Participation and Group/Channel Choice

Participation in the Global Meditation Linkups is voluntary.

You may choose either the standard WhatsApp Group or the Telegram Channel as your communication channel. You are not required to join both.

You are responsible for reviewing the privacy settings of your chosen platform before joining and participating in the relevant communication channel.

By registering for the Global Meditation Linkups and selecting one of the available communication channels, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to accept them. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for or participate in the Global Meditation Linkups.
